Willie Nelson and Alison Krauss won't be starting their collaborative tour next week as originally planned.  They've each posted messages on their websites, explaining that "an unforeseen and urgent health concern" forced them to change their plans.

They don't offer any specifics regarding the medical issue or who is directly involved, but indicate that it has to do with a member of Alison Krauss and Union Station.

The first six dates of the trek, which was to begin in Murray, Kentucky on May 1st, have been rescheduled, while the May 17th show in Birmingham, Alabama and the May 18th concert in Augusta, Georgia have been cancelled.

Ticket refund information is available at AlisonKrauss.com.  The tour is now set to begin in Daniel Island, South Carolina on May 8th.
