The Belmont County Victorian Mansion Museum is hosting a "Kentucky Derby" tea party on Saturday, May 4th at 11:30am. The tea party will include a style show featuring hats from our collection of antique and vintage hats. There will be a hat contest, a horse race, and a derby menu with mock mint julepts.
