Bobby Bones built a barn in his backyard. It used to be an old crappy one, but they hired someone to make it a nicer up to date one. It took 8 months to complete, and they thought they followed all the HOA rules about building a barn on your property, but he got summoned to court for it.
The rules stated that a barn on your property could not be a place where people live but it could be a party or storage barn. In the barn they put a fridge that they thought still followed the rules, but an inspector saw it and now Bones has to go to court next month. He only got a refrigerator to put more water in and now he’ll appear in court about it next month!
