Researchers have found that three-quarters of people infected with the flu over the past few years showed no symptoms. That’s right. They were sick. They were contagious. But nobody knew – not even them.
Health officials point to the study as a great reason for everyone to get the flu vaccine, as it’s almost impossible to protect yourself against the virus – even when you’re being careful and avoiding everyone you know is sick.
