Bringing a little March Madness to the job might not be a bad idea.  Nearly a third of the senior managers taking part in an OfficeTeam poll say workplace activities relating to the men's college championship series provides a morale boost.  In addition, 27-percent believe it has a positive impact on worker productivity.  Only seven-percent see March Madness events as harmful to employee morale, and just eleven-percent think they're disruptive to productivity.  But most managers admit March Madness doesn't have much of an impact on their business.  Sixty-two-percent say they haven't noticed a significant change in morale or productivity while the games are under way.
