A woman in South Carolina is facing charges for failing to return a video she rented in 2005. According to Greenville, South Carolina's WHNS TV, Kayla Michelle Finley of Pickens, South Carolina is accused of renting the Jennifer Lopez film "Monster-In-Law" nearly ten years ago from Dalton Video, which is now out of business. At the time, the store sent Finley several letters before referring the matter to police, who issued a warrant for her arrest. Finley claims she never received the store's letters. She also plans to fight the charges.
