Carrie Underwood's Husband Shares Ode To Hunting With Lonestar's 'Amazed'

Carrie Underwood's husband, former professional ice hockey player, Mike Fisher, is expressing his love for hunting in a unique and hilarious way. He recently shared a video of him covering Lonestar's popular love song, "Amazed," except for his rendition, he altered the lyrics to focus on his recreational pastime.

"Every time our eyes meet / I panic and I freeze / At night you keep me awake," he sings at the start of the song. "Booner, when you show up / I'll be ready with my bow up / I will not hesitate."

Fisher posted a teaser video on Instagram about a week ago which he jokingly captioned, "New single. Tomorrow. Don't miss it @catchindeers." He then posted a clip again after the video was released captioned, "Booner I'm Amazed by you 😂"

The video features endorsements for associated hunting gear companies such as Browning, Archery, Realtree, Hoyt, Rambo, Rage, Alps Outdoorz, and Fisher's own venture, Catchin' Deers.

Ironically, the former athlete's love for hunting is not supported by Underwood who's a vegan. The country star even commented on her husband's video, "Don't make me unfollow you."

This isn't the first time Fisher has shared a hunting-themed cover. About a year ago, he parodied Underwood's "Before He Cheats" which he instead called "Before She Bleats."
