Kelsea Ballerini Creates 'Core Memory' With Karen Fairchild At Karaoke Bar

Kelsea Ballerini has a “new core memory” after singing a classic ballad by Little Big Town with a member of the beloved quartet during a recent karaoke night. The “HEARTFIRST” star took the stage with Karen Fairchild at Ms. Kelli’s Karaoke Bar in Printers Alley in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Ballerini said she and Fairchild sang “Girl Crush” together on the karaoke bar stage, “and it’s a new core memory.” Little Big Town — which also includes Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook — released “Girl Crush” on the 13-track album Pain Killer in 2014: “I've got a girl crush/ Hate to admit it but/ I got a heart rush/ It ain't slowin' down.”

Ballerini shared the photo with Fairchild on her Instagram story and in a series of photos she posted on Wednesday (September 27), and Fairchild re-shared it on her.own story with a heart Other snapshots show the Subject To Change singer-songwriter exploring near a Tennessee waterfall, attending SZA’s recent concert in Nashville, a very muddy image of her dog (Dibs), taking boyfriend Chase Stokes to the Grand Ole Opry and more.
